Welcome to International schools in Jeddah : The Admissions Office is open daily from 08:00 am to 02:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday, throughout the school year. Parents are kindly requested to schedule an appointment in advance should they wish to tour the school or meet with the Registrar.

Ideal Time to Apply : The best time to begin the application process is March of every year . Placement tests are conducted in March, and final seat confirmations for the new academic year (starting September) are usually completed by June.

Admission Process

* Priority is given to currently enrolled students and their siblings.

* Applications submitted after the general registration closing date will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Once classes are full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list (not a guaranteed placement).

Students are admitted based on:

1- Completing the full application package.

2- Submitting all required documents.

3- Successfully passing the entrance interview and placement test.

The school reserves the right to deny testing or placement in cases where it is not in the best interest of the student.

Placement Criteria

– A minimum score of 60% is required on the placement test to be considered for admission.

– A non-refundable assessment fee must be paid before testing.

– The Admissions Committee will review the application, academic records (past 3 years), and references before confirming acceptance.

Early Childhood Admissions

Admission to kindergarten in Jeddah is based on:
– Readiness in social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.
– Children must be fully toilet trained and have age-appropriate self-help skills.
– English language proficiency is not required at this stage.

– Completed Application Form.
– Signed Parents Agreement and Fee Forms.
– Student Medical Report (Form 10).
– Six recent passport-size photos.

Copies of:

– Student’s and guardian’s passports.
– Residence Permit/ID (Iqama) for both student and guardian.
– Family card (for Saudi nationals).
– Student’s birth certificate & vaccination record.
– Academic transcripts from the past 3 years (authenticated if from outside KSA).
– Special education or medical records (if applicable).
– Clearance letter confirming no pending financial obligations from the previous school.

– Registration fees, books, and other payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
– A one-time, non-refundable registration fee applies for new students.
– A reservation fee is required to secure placement for the following academic year (deducted from tuition).
– The school reserves the right to revise tuition fees annually.
– Registration is only valid once parents sign the NASA International Schools Parents Agreement and complete all required MoE documentation.
